Seaside Cabin with Fjord Views, Kayak & Boat Berth

Escape to our charming seaside cabin on the peaceful island of Idse, near Stavanger. Enjoy beautiful fjord views, fresh sea air and a spacious terrace—perfect for morning coffee, outdoor dining and relaxing sunsets.

The cabin offers a cosy living room with a fireplace, a kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and heated floor, and several sleeping areas. There is a double bedroom, a bedroom with a bunk bed, a sleeping loft with two single beds (accessible by ladder), and a separate annex with a large bed.

Guests have access to a private boat berth and a seaside storage shed with one kayak and life jackets. Bring your own boat, go kayaking, enjoy fishing or explore the beautiful Norwegian coastline.

The cabin is also a lovely base for day trips to Stavanger, Lysefjorden and the famous Preikestolen (Pulpit Rock).

Good to know: The cabin has a modern incinerating toilet instead of a conventional flushing toilet. There is no Wi-Fi. Parking is a short distance below the cabin, with a short but somewhat steep uphill walk. You can drive up to unload luggage on arrival.
