Good price for a simple nice hotel
I am very impressive by this 2 stars hotel. Room is big and clean, location is in the heart of the tourist spots. The only thing is they don't have lift. You have to carry your luggages upstairs. Nice environment, many restaurants around the area. It is really a good deal.

Bon hôtel bien situé
L'hôtel est situé dans le quartier de la cathédrale nécessitant un accès à pied. Il est en cour de rénovation avec une déco sympa. Il n'y a pas d'ascenseur. Le rapport qualité prix est bon par rapport à sa situation géographique.

We got almost no sleep, it was very loud all night. The walls are paper thin so you can hear everything your neighbors are doing and people in the halls, and people in the street. The bed was very very very small and uncomfortable. The room was tiny and the bathroom was ridiculously small. The water from the shower had an awful smell. There is no parking very close to the hotel like it mentions, it’s a 10 minute walk away and more than €20 a night. The staff was nice but that is the only nice thing about this hotel.

Absolutely wonderful stay. The bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed the natural light in the room. The customer service was amazing; my husband became ill and they were creative in helping accommodate his needs. Thanks so much!

Hôtel en plein centre, à 2 pas de la cathédral, donc idéal pour un séjour touristique. Séjour de 2 nuits pour raison professionnelle à une période peu touristique donc pas de problèmes particuliers mais sans doute que sa position centrale et au-dessus de terrasses de café peut peut-être engendrer quelques nuisances en haute saison. Facilement accessible depuis la gare par le tramway.

The second you walk in you are greeted by cobwebs and a terrible smell. You need to walk down a stinky narrow hallway just be turn the corner and be greeted by someone at the “front desk” who is not trying to helpful at all. This also explains why the phone was never answered when we tried calling earlier in the day. After the unpleasant beginning we held out hope that the room would be fine, and that is all that matters. However, the bathroom was infested with spiders, and the entire room looked dilapidated and dirty. The only positive is that the bedding did look clean. However, the bathroom was unusable. We canceled our booking then and there and found a new spot to stay. I’d recommend not giving this place a chance if you wouldn’t be willing to tolerate well below standard cleanliness.

Es war wirklich gut zu finden das ist aber auch das einzig positive. Es hat nach schimmel gerochen, wir waren nicht informiert dass das Zimmer einen Teppich hat, was garnicht gut war weil meine Freundin sehr allergisch darauf reagiert hat. Im Badezimmer und über dem Bett waren Schimmelflecken und überall waren Spinnenweben, also wurde da definitiv nicht gereinigt. Die dusche ist sehr unpraktisch für Personen die etwas mehr auf den Hüften haben, man muss sich regelrecht rein quetschen. Wir haben extra nachgefragt ob wir ein Badezimmer bekommen was für eher Korpulente Personen gedacht ist, leider wurde darauf absolut keine Rücksicht genommen. Das Personal war mega unfreundlich, da es meiner Freundin nicht gut ging wollte ich ihr einen Tee holen und habe nachgefragt ob es inordnung sei, er hat laut gestöhnt und hat total genervt das licht dann an gemacht.

Amazing location right in the center of the old city, around the corner from the cathedral and a block from the river. Even though the plaza in front of the hotel was filled with crowded with noisy tourists, inside our room was as quiet as can be. The only negative - and it's a minor one at best - is the room was permeated with the smell of cologne, perhaps to hide tobacco odor? By the second day, either the smell went away or I stopped noticing it. But overall, we had a very positive experience at the hotel, and the location really couldn't be beat.

Hermoso
El hotel es hermoso, moderno por dentro y tradicional por fuera. Ubicado en muy buen sector, céntrico y hermoso (es al lado de la catedral), llegas a todas partes a pie. A habitación es amplia y muy bonita, con baño privado, todo muy limpio. La chica de la recepción muy amable, nos resguardaron el equipaje hasta que nos tocó la hora del check in. A pesar de estar entre restaurantes, en la noche es muy tranquilo, nada ruidoso. Es bastante seguro y está cerca parada de tranvía. Lo recomiendo y volvería feliz! Lo único a tener en cuenta es que no tiene ascensor.
