L'Élégant "Sehr schöne und saubere Wohnung, nicht weit vom Bahnhof und Petit France entfernt. Bus- und Tram-Haltestelle nur 2 Minuten von der Wohnung und damit kommt man in nahezu alle Himmelsrichtungen. Die Wohnung war genau wie beschrieben, sehr clean und gemütlich, es hat (bis auf Seife) an nichts gefehlt. Die Betten waren bequem soweit und die Dusche war ein kleines Highlight. Der Self-Checkin war genau beschrieben und hat problemlos geklappt. Wir würden die Wohnung empfehlen und auch wieder buchen. Vielen Dank!"

L'Élégant "Wunderbare Basis, um Straßburg zu entdecken 🙂 Schöne Wohnung mit allem, was man braucht. Vollständige Küche mit reichlich Geschirr, Tassen etc. Kontakt mit dem Vermieter ausschließlich über Mail. Die Straße an sich ist nicht sehr bemerkenswert, aber in ein paar Minuten ist man zu Fuß in der Altstadt (über die Barrage Vauban), alternativ ist die S-Bahn-Haltestelle um die Ecke - daher perfekt als Ausgangspunkt, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Supermarkt und Bäcker ebenfalls in der Nähe. Besonders zu empfehlen, wenn man - wie wir - mit der Bahn anreist, der Bahnhof ist ebenfalls nicht weit weg. Der Schlüssel muss in einem nahegelegenen Hotel aus einer Schlüsselbox abgeholt - und zur Abreise auch dort wieder abgegeben! - werden, den Code bekommt man rechtzeitig zugeschickt. Wir waren nur ein paar Tage dort, aber die Wohnung würde sich auch für einen längeren Urlaub eignen. Alles in allem ein gelungener Aufenthalt - wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gern einmal wieder!"

En revanche: impossible de déposer les bagages avant 16h; passage obligatoire par un hôtel (à une adresse différente) pour récupérer les clés (pas mentionné au moment de la réservation); impossible de récupérer les clés après 22h (l'hôtel est fermé, pas mentionné au moment de la réservation); au moment du départ passage obligatoire par l'hôtel pour déposer les clés (pas mentionné au moment de la réservation). La communication avec l'agence est inefficace et finalement inutile car les réponses sont automatiques, parfois par 2 messages exactement pareils mais signés par des ""personnes"" différentes. A ne pas réserver si c'est pour une mission de travail et pas de temps à perdre entre les A/R avec tous les bagages pour récupérer/déposer les clés, ou lire des messages automatiques d'une agence qui ne soucie absolument pas des inconvénients posés par un règlement non mentionné dans l'annonce!"
