Very nice apartment of 140 m², ideally located at the entrance to the hyper-center near the cathedral and Petite France, in an old building renovated.Quiet, design, and comfortable, perfectly equipped, neat decoration, quality French bedding.Perfect for a stay with friends, family or for a business trip. This wonderful apartment is composed of two spacious bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed.The apartment is equipped with a bathroom with a shower. A separate toilet completes the apartment The spacious living room, with its comfortable sofa (convertible for 2 people) and its projection screen for the television, is perfect for a well-deserved rest after a beautiful day of visits between Petit France and Contades. You will find everything you need to prepare your meals in the contemporary design kitchen, fully equipped. (American fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine).Meet in the dining room to share meals.If you prefer to dine outside, you will find many restaurants nearby.Close to the Porte de l'hôpital stop with tram A and DClose to the Saint Nicolas stop with buses: 10, N1 and N3.The Saint Nicolas and Austerlitz car parks will be close to the apartment if you come by car.The entire accommodation will be yours. Always in the spirit of satisfying you as best as possible during your stay: cleaning will be done, beds will be made with clean sheets, and a necessary sofa bed will be at your disposal, clean towels will be at your disposal as well as a bath mat and a tea towel per kitchen, free WIFI connection Key handover:A concierge will welcome you upon arrival to give you the keys and facilitate your stay. If you do not wish to take care of this, you can order a supplement called "complete cleaning" of the apartment for 30 euros before your arrival. In the absence of prior reservation of this option, and in the event of non-compliance with these instructions, penalties of €60 in cleaning fees will be charged However, it is your responsibility to clean and put away the dishes, clean the barbecue, take out the trash, empty the refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave and tidy up inside the apartment. If you do not wish to take care of this, you can order a supplement called "complete cleaning" of the apartment for €60 before your arrival. In the absence of prior reservation of this option, and in the event of non-compliance with these instructions, penalties of €120 in cleaning fees will be charged to you. Canal neighborhood perfect

Beautiful apartment in great location. Alsatian farm-only supplied our favorite grocer; two other groceries nearby. I love to cook and this kitchen was designed for a cook. We only ate out twice because we loved cooking meals with all the local produce and meats. Two boulangeries supplied our morning croissants and daily baguettes.
