Great location but needs improvement

Walk to everything! Less than 5 mins to Notre Dame. Parking is NOT included. Street parking only. Needs a good cleaning! Small appliances were missing but mgmt purchased and brought the next day. Coffee pods on floor but no pod coffee maker. Trash of floor and no trash bags. No dish towels. This is a give and take for a great location.

Needs work

When we arrived there was a 15 foot high pile of demolition debris in the courtyard. We had been given the wrong code and it took 90 minutes to get on the apartment. There was mold in the shower and the shower head wasn’t attached so we had to hold it in our hands while we showered. Construction workers we in and out during the day.

Good for a single/couple or family with small kids

Location (5/5): This apartment is only steps from a bridge onto the island. Easy walk to the Cathedral and other sights, and easy access to surrounding shops. Very quiet street. Amenities (3/5): Kitchen is very small, but we mostly ate out during our short stay. Sofa bed was very loud when we stayed. Hopefully it has been fixed. The space was a little tight for a family of 4 with teenagers. Condition (5/5): Apartment was very clean. Management (4*/5): Management was very responsive and easy to work with. 5/5 for the people. However, for US travelers please be aware that the Swikly platform that is used by this company to process payments does not process US credit cards. For each payment required, you will have to telephone the management company and ask for a payment link to be sent.

Absolut nicht zu empfehlen.

Eine einzige Katastrophe, und wir sind bereits nach 1 Tag wieder abgereist. Gerne kann ich Ihnen ein oaar Fotos schicken, damit Sie mal eine genaue Vorstellung bekommen, was Sie da eigentlich anbieten und zu welchem Preis. Wir fühlen uns absolut betrogen.

Séjour très agréable

Emplacement idéal et séjour très agréable. Le logement correspond totalement a l'annonce , très propre et très biens équipé et vraiment très très bien situé. Seule chose, la procédure de réservation est un peu déroutante entre Abritel et Cotoon Alsace qui est la société chargée de la gestion des réservations.

Die Wohnung liegt nur ca. 50m von einer Brücke über die Ill entfernt. In weniger als 5 Minuten erreicht man das Straßburger Münster. Leider bedeutet die Angabe "Parkplatz" im Angebot nur, dass es ein Parkhaus in der Nähe gibt. Das hat extra gekostet...

Stylish in Desirable Neighborhood

This apartment is an oasis of calm in a vibrant neighborhoods. Because it's surrounded by courtyards it was peaceful at night, yet close to everything. It had everything I needed for a long term stay. The property management company is excellent and responded quickly to any needs I had. English language is available. The key to the front door of the building can be tricky to use.
