The property is right in the city center. Not only it has many original details like flooring but also decorated thoughtfully. We were there for 3 night in early December. The location is perfect for Christmas market visits. Many good restaurants around. Christine is a wonderful host. We didn’t use the kitchen much other than coffee and tea.

Experience the history of Strasbourg

This apartment is on a historical Street where the houses were built in the 1700s. You are exceptionally close to everything. Very close to the museums overall excellent location.

Great Location

The property was very cute/funky and spacious. A lot of thought has gone into it. The location was perfect close to everything and also transportation. Although in a main tourist restaurant area it was very quiet at night with windows closed.

Less than 200m to the Cathedral! Perfect for the Christmas markets as everything was walkable. Clean apartment and surprisingly quiet given the living room and dining room looked down on a busy fun street. Great visit. Thank you.

Comfortable and perfectly located

This property could not have been located in a better place in Strasbourg. The cathedral was a 2 minute walk away and there were at least four museums that were as close or closer. Although the living and dining areas overlooked two bars, we were never disturbed by noise.

Schönes Appartement in einem historischen Haus

Wir haben hier eine schöne Woche in Straßburg erlebt. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll und individuell eingerichtet und liegt super zentral, nur ein paar Schritte von der Kathedrale und zahlreichen guten Restaurants entfernt, mit Blick auf die belebte Innenstadt. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten können bequem zu Fuß erreicht werden. Sehr freundliche Vermieter, sogar Getränke standen zur Begrüßung bereit. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt! Danke für den Tipp Maison Kammerzel, da sollte man zum Essen unbedingt einkehren.

Heart of the cathedral district

If you want to be in the historic center, this is a great location. The apartment is very charming, and well appointed. It’s best for a couple, or family, as the bedrooms are adjoining through glass doors, and there is only one bath. But plenty of space and very comfortable. Steps from the cathedral, good restaurants, shopping and in December of course, the Christmas markets. Check in and out was super easy. Overall highly recommended.

Centrally located in the heart of Old Strasbourg

This apartment from the 1600's is perfectly situated in Strasbourg. It overlooks a street of restaurants and shops, and is within a stone's throw of all the key sights, the tram, shopping, etc. The apartment is a mix of old world/new world design. Very pretty. Christiane is incredibly quick to response to queries.

We hadden goed contact met de eigenaresse. Moesten wel steeds zoeken in de traslater app. Zou fijn zijn als VRBO net als Airbnb een vertaalfunctie heeft. Dat scheelt veel gedoe Ik was in gezelschap van mijn vader maar dat kreeg ik hier niet ingevuld.. de tegel bleef vaag.. Vandaar ik maar " alleen" heb ingevuld.

Appartement charmant et bien situé, mais climatisation inefficace

Nous avons passé un séjour agréable dans cet appartement joliment décoré et idéalement situé pour explorer la ville et ses environs. La présence d'un parking à quelques pas est un atout indéniable. Cependant, un point important à considérer est l'absence de climatisation efficace. Le climatiseur (pas une climatisation) présent est malheureusement peu utile en raison de la configuration en U de l'appartement et de son emplacement dans un placard à côté de l'entrée. De plus, il est sous-dimensionné pour la taille de l'appartement. Si vous recherchez un lieu climatisé pour vous reposer la nuit lors de fortes chaleurs estivales, cet appartement risque de ne pas répondre à vos attentes. Pas d'autre choix que de tenter de dormir les fenêtres ouvertes, ce qui est compliqué car elles donnent sur une rue animée jusque tard dans la nuit.

FeWo Nähe Münsterplatz

Wir haben mit vier Erwachsenen einige Tage in dieser netten Ferienwohnung verbracht und uns sehr über die zentrale Lage gefreut. Das Haus ist mehrere hundert Jahre alt und entsprechend kurios aber die Vermieterin hat mit moderater Modernisierung und schönen Möbeln einen guten Standard erreicht. Es gibt ein sehr großes und bequemes Doppelbett in einem Schlafzimmer zum Innenhof. Das zweite Doppelbett im Nebenzimmer ist kleiner und besser für Kinder als für Erwachsene geeignet. In der Küche hat man alles was man braucht auch eine Spülmaschine. Einzig die intensiven Duftstäbchen könnten bei geruchsempfindlichen Menschen störend sein. Wir haben Sie aus dem Schlafzimmer entfernt und waren dann zufrieden. Schräg gegenüber gibt es einen Starbucks für einen schnellen Kaffee zwischendurch und eine Pizzeria zwei Minuten entfernt. Die Fenster sind ganz modern und halten in der Nacht die Geräusche der Gastronomie ab. Alles in allem hat die Wohnung sehr viel Charme und wir haben uns wohl gefühlt in den vier Tagen unseres Aufenthaltes. Die Schlüsselübergabe mit dem Schlüsseltresor funktioniert ganz ohne Aufwand. Das ist wirklich eine gute Idee.

The apartment was very clean and decorated well. The owners were very cordial upon welcoming us. If you want to cook this is not the apartment for you. There is no oven, a microwave/convection which was difficult to understand directions with respect to using the oven. The cooking utensils were very sparse, cork screw that was impossible to use, and all dull knives. Could not figure out how to use the Krups Nespresso machine as there were no directions. If you are staying for a longer period of time and want to wash clothes the washer dryer instructions are impossible to understand. I could never get the dryer to work. Owner had never used the machine, and could not help. The apartment is very quiet, in a safe neighborhood, but be aware of the 2 flights of stairs up to the apartment. This apartment is a better choice for a few days, but not 2 weeks due to the above mentioned issues.
