One Park Lane provides all the exclusive pleasures and perks of a home away from home in a fully-furnished private luxury residence in beautiful Stratford, Prince Edward Island.
This executive home was totally renovated in 2023. It offers a spectacular view of the ocean and overlooks one of the most prestigious developments in Stratford known as Sundance Cove.
The property is home to 4 bedrooms(all with privacy locks), 3.5 bathrooms, an office space, a spacious living room and dining room, as well as a fully furnished basement, 2 patios and a 2-car garage.
The home is totally air conditioned with independent remote controls to suit each individuals heating or cooling needs.
Minutes away from Charlottetown, this is the perfect location for families, golfers (golf course 5 mins away) honeymooners, and seniors.

This is an house of exceptional quality. Four spacious bedrooms, large, living room with south and east exposure. Quiet study, dining room with table for six, and a well equipped, well designed kitchen. Finished basement with large screen tv, treadmill and massage chair, laundry and shower/toilet. Gordon met us with a special welcome basket, and answered lots of questions we had about the local happenings. We asked for a special room configuration, and he quickly satisfied our needs. The only shout out I have, there are no en-suite bathrooms. Two bathrooms on the second floor, one with a tub, one with a shower. Once we all got in the rhythm of sharing, and some traveling two flights of stairs for a terrific shower, it was a wonderful experience. We had a blast.

Perfect home for a celebration

Adding to my review: This house has a formal dining room which made it ideal for a family dinner celebration. The caterer and chef are from Old General Catering House who prepared and served a multi-course meal that was truly beyond our expectations. Every appetizer, the main and dessert were delicious, imaginative and prepared from scratch with high quality ingredients. It was a high point of the family vacation for us. I encourage you to reach out to Chef Christine and Paige at Old General Catering House www.catering.ca while you're in PEI. I'm sure you'll be as delighted as we were.

Owner Gordon lovely to work with and responded quickly to all our questions. Eight adults ages 22 to 70 stayed for 6 nights. Four bedrooms upstairs with two bathrooms. Note that only 1 shower is in upstairs bathroom; second full bathroom contains only a tub. There is a full bathroom in basement with a second shower. Beds are comfortable. Living room has seating for 5 to 6 people. Office on main floor with a bath with sink and toilet. Washing machine and dryer in the basement. Worked for what we needed for family reunion.

Perfect PEI Getaway

A wonderful few days staying at One Park Lane, with extended family. There were seven in our group, and the house was perfect. Not only spacious and clean, but extremely well-appointed. Our host was very communicative and welcoming, and also provided great recommendations on restaurants and activities in the area. Could not recommend more highly. A great trip to a part of Canada that none of us had visited before.

Perfect Getaway Near Prince Edward Island

We recently stayed at this charming vacation rental, and it exceeded all our expectations. The house itself is beautifully maintained, with all the comforts of home and then some. Spacious, clean, and thoughtfully decorated, it made for a relaxing home after our adventures. One of the standout features is its fantastic location. We found it incredibly convenient for exploring Prince Edward Island. The park and beach were a short drive down the road. As if that wasn't enough, we were greeted with a lovely surprise upon arrival—a thoughtful and delicious gift that made us feel truly welcomed. This rental is a gem for anyone looking to explore Prince Edward Island and the surrounding areas. We look forward to returning in the future!

Out of town guest group

We rented this space for some of our out of town wedding guests. The accommodations were great! The house was clean, spacious and well organized. Kitchen was well stocked and the table was already set for a family meal. The small touches to the place added extra charm and it was wonderful to have available some very pleasant bathroom amenities (soaps, lotions, shampoo). The host was spectacular in meeting our needs. Would rent again in a flash!

Location! Location! Location!

This VRBO in Stratford, 10 minutes from downtown Charlottetown was perfect. Wonderful, quiet neighborhood. Convenient to Sobey's and Tim Hortons!! My 2 daughters and I came to visit PEI after having been there 2-3 other times. The house was so comfortable--living areas, kitchen, beds in bedroom and baths. Owner was extraordinary, coming by after we checked in to see if all was ok. I would definitely recommend for any visit to PEI and Charlottetown area.

Great stay - excellent hosts

Beauty house in Stratford. Proximity to Charlottetown and local amenities was excellent. House was spacious and as described. AC in every room. Upstairs bathrooms only had 1 show and 1 had a bathtub only. Beds were comfy and bedding was excellent. Lots of extra towels. Host was very accommodating. Allowing early checkin , and even left us 4 bottles of wine. Views of ocean are just visible on the horizon from the side view deck. Highly recommend.

The overall sanitation of the property is very good. The dining room, living room and bedroom are very warmly arranged. The only thing that needs to be improved is the unreasonable design of the bathroom. The doors of a public shower on the second floor and the public shower in the basement are not locked, and there is no electricity in one bedroom and the bathroom on the second floor.
