A lovely, clean, and unique apartment to stay. Location is a cute downtown spot near a river with many little shops. Unfortunately we stayed during an ice storm so didn't see much of the downtown, but the apartment had a few games to keep us company. We were happy with all the amenities provided. Our host, Brendan, provided lots of details, and commincated clearly and promptly. Would highly recommend a visit. For future guests, please note that there were a few stairs to climb.

Ideal location with convenient access to all the main restaurants and shops in Stratford. If you don’t mind even a 20min walk, then you can access all the theaters. My family and I appreciated the private accommodations, not having to run into anyone. The kitchen and laundry were a bonus and the rooms were very comfortable! The host is excellent with communication!

We loved everything about it ! The attention to detail, the decor, the cleanliness and little extras like games, ice, coffee, extra towels make this place extra special. And the location was perfect for those interested in discovering downtown Stratford; we parked the car and didn’t use it for 3 days. The only downside is the 36 steps staircase … but if you can manage the climb, you’ll definitely get the wow factor once you reach the top ! Highly recommend it !

Location is fantastic and the property is excellent. Well equipped kitchen and living area is wonderful. Now are my issues:1. In the description under Accessibility it says "non smoking." It should also add that there are two flights of steep stairs to climb and bring luggage up and down. Many guests would find that tedious.2. The floor slants. Which is normal in an old building, but we had a person in our group who suffered from vertigo and could not stay in the property. She got a hotel room.
