“Renovated property with excellent staff”

“Over priced for having no swimming pool. We checked in and there was blood on the sheets, very visible for house keepers to see.”

“Due to a family issue we were unable to use the one night reservation. No registration/deposit insurance. A refund would be nice. Thank you.”

“Breakfast was very good. Hotel is clean and comfortable other than the bed spread , it’s rough. The staff was friendly but didn’t go over amenities /location of room . Coffee was not kept fresh during day and even ran out at breakfast. Late check out allowed which was very helpful. Thank you. We will stay again.”

“Dead cockroaches on the floor and one crawling on the wall and spiders had a good village on the wall . But the mane thing is came back to our room and the room door was open 3 times. All you had to do was push on the door and it would pop open . Had to carry all our valuables with us. Thank god the dead bolt worked when you were in the room. Did not feel very safe. We have stayed there several times. Not again .”

“Our experience at this hotel was VERY disappointing from the start, with conditions getting worse the further our stay progressed The remodeling efforts seemed to be the root of some issues, including a parking lot littered with nails that unfortunately damaged one of my tire. Despite the hotel's claim of being dog-friendly, they lack grass on the premises. We were informed that our booking was non-refundable, which seemed inflexible. “Amazing stay with a wonderful staff! Traveling with a baby is always difficult for families but Riley at the front desk was especially very helpful and gave us everything we needed to make our stay more comfortable. Breakfast was also good and plentiful. Will definitely book this hotel again!!”

“When we arrived the cabin was not what was pictured on line. The key box was open with no key. We drove around and found what was pictured but no key. We called the phone number and the operator said maintenance would be there in 15 minutes. 45 minutes later no maintenance. We had driven more than 5 hours with two small children called back the operator said the last person using the cabin took the key, the only place available would sleep 4 2 double beds. We had reserved a 2 bedroom……
