“We were going to an evening event at Stratford Hall (about 25 min away). There is so much history in the area. Beautiful spot on the river. The screened in porch was the bomb! Huge. So relaxing. Well stocked. Easy check out. Do pay attention to room configuration. The bedroom with twins was a loft like area but had the nicer bathroom. We used the kayaks. Had everything we needed. Host communication was great despite Vrbo platform was a challenge.”

“Easthaven is a clean, comfortable, updated waterfront location that was the foundation of our trip - in that we were able to build memories with our family in and around Northern Neck with ease. We visited over Thanksgiving with our two families. Coffee, cocktails and meals were enjoyed with the scenic ever changing backdrop of the Nomini, as it flows into the Potomac. “This property is welcoming, updated, very clean and very comfortable. Although we were there on a rainy weekend, the front porch swing was a favorite spot for relaxation. The kitchen is well-stocked with pans, dishes, spices, coffee and snacks. There are board games, movies as well as a cute toddler table and toys. There is a generous private parking area. The beds and linens are comfortable. Overall an excellent value!”
