"On the plus side, new outdoor furniture and grill. Perfect Location for sequoia Park. If you are a clean freak or have OCD, this isn’t the place for you. It always baffles me how when you do upgrades you don’t finish the job. We had a beautiful new floor in the bathroom, but no trim except one side. ..."
