「Property was good value, bed very comfortable. Nice warm house. Shared kitchen / livingroom very clean and modern. When I arrived there was mould around base of shower so I put bleach on it and cleaned it, This should have been done by cleaner. The electric shower needs replaced as its intermittent. But at the cost I'd certainly use it again. Fine distance from the town. Oh wifi wasnt really working but that could just be me..」

「A group of 7 family and friends from various places in Scotland and England stayed at Cardon House as a good place to get together.It's a lovely house and very comfortable and spacious! Wish we were staying longer. Some stunning scenery in the area and saw a red squirrel in the garden! Did not meet Caroline the host in person but spoke on the phone a couple of times, she was very helpful and friendly.Thoroughly recommend this place for a group of up to 12.」

「We really enjoyed our stay and thought the house was really nice.....however, the single beds desparately need new mattresses to the extent where one of my children opted to sleep on the floor rather than on the springs of the mattress. 」

「The villa is stunning, and provides every amenity imaginable. After a day touring the Inverness area, we loved arriving to the villa and hopping into the hot tub, which was perfectly maintained. There was absolutely no waiting for the hot tub to heat up because Paul had it hot and ready to use. Paul is the ultimate host, and it is especially nice to have his assistance available on a moments notice since he lives just down the driveway in a separate house. 「The house was perfect, it makes us feel like home, the location was excellent and the amenities all was very good. As he mentioned one thing was kinda complicated to put the address in the navigation system, was hard to find it, but thanks to all the directions David provided us, we were able to find it. 」

「The hosts were lovely and went out of the way to make our stay pleasurable. The property is big, spacious and clean. Enjoyed my time staying there relaxing with very young kids. The accommodation was well suited to our needs. Saw Dolphins at the bank and all the must have essentials are easily available in the nearby shops including a decent Co-Op around the corner.」

「We love the Kingillie house! Space for everyone and a feeling of deep roots. And you can't beat the property. Close enough to the city but you really feel secluded. Beautiful walks. "一向對此品牌有信心，早前於Exeter，或更早於Maldives的都感覺良好，但今次的體驗實在太差了！此酒店地點非常之方便，就在high street 的未端，但對面就是酒吧和餐廳，昨晚酒吧的音樂根本令人不能入睡，到前台找經理投訴卻沒有回應，職員只說噪音問題一直存在，一直都有客人投訴！說實在的，這次Scotland旅程，這一晚酒店房間的價格是最貴的，但真是想不到貴左那裡，被安排住在一樓，當然入住時不知道還有噪音問題，面向的是城市景觀，到今早早餐時的餐廳，面向Loch Ness 河/湖景觀才醒覺預期入住和享受的體驗是完全沒有體會得到。這樣的價錢，房間只屬一般，服務方面，昨晚投訴了，都沒有什麼回應，只說如果要換只有普通的房間，酒吧的噪音會持續到三點，但當時已經是凌晨一點。這次體驗真的沒有很差，只有更差！ I have always trusted this brand with good experiences in Exeter and the Maldives, but this stay was extremely disappointing. The hotel location is convenient, but the bar across the street played loud music until 3 am, making it impossible to sleep. Staff admitted this has always been a problem, and there was no effective response when I complained at 1 am. This was the most expensive night of my Scotland trip, yet the room was average, and I did not get the quiet, comfortable stay I paid for. I only realized in the morning that the experience I expected was completely missing. Given the sleepless night and lack of proper service recovery, I am requesting a refund for this stay."

"Impressive ! Phone line reachable & able to help bçs my flight delay 9hrs. Driving 270Km, I was 5min late, staff no complaint even they said wait me till 11:00pm ! Spaces room. Grand hotel inside both paintings, furniture with good match. Like stay at a small castle. Traditional Scottish restaurant, cosy, good food. Friendly greeting staffs. Big laund in front ... so good!"
