This condo was perfect for us. It was great to have a kitchen, living room, balcony, and separate bedroom. We attended a wedding in Manchester and this was only a 20 minute drive. The village was a great spot to grab a bite to eat and to get coffee. Communication was excellent from booking to checkout. Beautiful part of the world.

Great Birthday Weekend Getaway!

We had a great time at Stratton resort. Suprised my husband with a 9am, 70 min UTV ride up the summit. We were the only ones with our tour guide and had the entire mountain to ourselves. Lily our tour guide was great. She was knowledgeable and informativable.

Location was fantastic. Near shops, stores, restaurants and lifts. Room condition was somewhat dated and worn but livable. Also next to large parking lot which was cleaned daily by noisey trucks at 4am! Felt like "My Cousin Vinny"

Great Stay

Staying here was great. Walk out to Stratton shops and eateries directly into lift line. Room has exactly what you need. Be sure to review what it includes so you can shop/bring accordingly. Had a bad sink issue which wasn't resolved, so hopefully future stays will be better. Would def come back here again!

Cleanliness was fine, but keys were missing when we checked in. Kitchen pots/pans we're good quality and fine for small meals but missing basics like a spatula and knivesBathroom had insufficient towels, no shampoo and only 1 small soap. Property manager did not bring replacements when called. Vacasa was the manager

Great for what we needed

Could use some cleaning and a few updates on some broken items in the unit but overall great unit for a family of 3. Right across from Stratton Village, pool / hot tub area was easy to get to. Porch over looks Lot 1 so depending on time of year im sure it can be noisy. Would rent unit again for sure - thanks

We had a terrible experience with this rental. Upon arrival, the management company did not provide the keys, leaving us locked out with two young children and forcing us to urgently find alternate accommodations on a holiday weekend. It was an extremely stressful situation. Vacasa was slow, unhelpful, and disorganized, offering little support when it mattered most. And if you don't mind a shower with lukewarm water and no water pressure. Also half the lightbulbs not working. Room had used floss and ear plugs found on the floor. Overall, this stay caused significant stress, inconvenience, and extra expense. Based on our experience, I would not recommend booking this property or management company. Still fighting to get a refund for the first night - no confidence I will actually get the refund. Very unprofessional.

Great location, basic room

Location was across the street from Stratton village and mountain, which was perfect. Apartment was very basic for the high price. Furniture in living area was not comfortable for more than one person and kitchen was not fully equipped.

Great place, very convenient

This was a wonderful place to stay. Very close to the slopes. Loved the hot tubs and outdoor pool. Very convenient and easy parking. Only difficult part was check in when our cards didn’t work. Couldn’t get a hold of Vacasa. Asked another guest in the building who directed us to the Bear lodge where we could get new cards.

Wonderful time in the mountains

I really liked how Vacasa agent stayed on the phone with us when we misread our check instruction. She was very nice and kind. We had a problem with the gas fireplace, and someone fixed it without involving us.

The sheet on the pull out couch was dirty, had hair all over it. The shower curtain was very moldy. The coffee pot was cracked, I was unaware and sliced my finger.

Good location and clean. The kitchen has few utensils, glassware, and plates. If you intend to eat in “bring your own.” Since this is a chronic complaint as per prior reviews, do not expect it to be remedied.

Vacasa Software not working properly.

Once we booked, a Management Company called Vacasa took over resulting in WAY too many text messages and it appears that the software bumped us from our second night and reserved for someone else. Too much drama to relay here but we were forced to leave and change all our plans.

Long Trail Stratton Mountain Condo

Location very convenient for winter skiing, OK for summer, but be aware Stratton has limited facilities open in summer. Unit was reasonable size for two people, but not well-kept. Cleaning service had left trash in the unit and closets were packed with extra bedding. Kitchen very poorly equipped, with inadequate utensils, dishes and glasses. I wouldn't recommend this.
