「Communication was a problem. When checking in the clerk gave us a key to a room and we opened the door and it was already occupied. Next, he gave us a key for a room on the second floor with 2 queen beds and no working fridge (also, the beds were made up with the sheet on the outside of the bed on top of the blanket, with no spread on top stranger.) 「Cockroach’s in the room upon entering. Bedsheets needed changed & front desk refused.
The door appeared to be damaged, possibly kicked in & did not lock properly.
There were no rooms left, so we left.」
