“Worse experience ever. Check-in was meant to be 5pm but I wasn’t given access until around 8:30pm due to their own failure to provide entry details, despite repeated attempts to contact them. When I finally got in, the room was clearly used and filthy with towels on the floor and with rubbish left behind. I then had to wait even longer to be moved to a different room. This is basic hospitality and they completely failed. The staff didn’t even offer a simple apology or any sort of compensation,……

Reception informed us that the property does not have any rooms with two double beds, despite this being how the room was advertised. After countless back-and-forth communications with the hotel and UDTM, as well as additional costs for international phone……

“Basic facilities not working and no response from staff! Shower stopped working and reception said they couldn’t fix it until days later and couldn't offer me an alternative room. Calls to the management go to voicemail. Emailed them asking for a partial refund, no reply at a week later. Walls are thin so you can hear other guests. Really bad experience.”
