8/10 Good

"A bit disappointing, considering it’s such an expensive and luxurious hotel. We had to pay extra to access the pools, and I don’t think that was well informed in advance. The staff is great and very professional, and the common areas are beautiful. However we were very disappointed when our room was in a completely different builing, it was old and run-down. The room looked nice, but there was a dried urine stain on the toilet seat, and the glasses were not clean."

Everything was absolutely immaculate. And then there was the breakfast! 😍 There was such an amazing array of food that it would be impossible to mention everything. What really impressed us, though, was the fantastic choice available for people with dietary requirements. My wife and I both have gluten and dairy intolerances, and the range of options available to us was honestly something I have never experienced in a hotel before. There were so m"
