"Clean hotel and excellent staff. A really good buffet breakfast too. Later free checkout was allowed and that was much appreciated. The hotel is in a central location, and perfect for exploring the Old Town. It is in a lovely old building, but this should be taken in consideration as complete step free access isn’t possible from all rooms. Overall a delightful experience, and I would definitely stay here again. "

"Perfect! So impressive, clean, convenient, digital door access, and very considerate, our convert plug doesn’t work, they even provide you the universal one, we appreciated! all the appliances are working so well, we can cook by ourselves, you can use dishwasher to sanitize the cookware, it is smart TV, so you can link to your phone and watch whatever you want to watch, a surprise they have Nintendo game machines, you can play it, so cool! I definitely will book Bob W series as long as it’s available! I wanna give 10 stars if applicable:)"

"We stayed for two nights at the Palace Hotel Tallinn and had a wonderful experience. The room was stylish, quiet, and very comfortable, and the staff made us feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay. We chose not to include breakfast, as we preferred exploring cafés and restaurants in the Old Town—just a short walk from the hotel—and it worked perfectly for us. The location is ideal for discovering the city, with everything within easy reach. Overall, a great stay and a hotel we’d happily return to."

"Great corner suite, ideal for a family. Beautiful pool overlooking the old town, lovely and relaxing with sunbeds where you could relax or read a book. Good comprehensive breakfast and very well located hotel for the old town and airport. Bar lacked a little in atmosphere and the cocktails were not great but that's our only complaint. "

"Beautiful hotel in Old Tallinn within easy reach of walking tours of medieval places of interest, bars and restaurants. Extremely professional staff, rooms well furnished, comfortable beds and excellent breakfast. Used the spa area which is tranquil and a welcome relief to the cold weather this February. Had 2 treatments which were both excellent. "
