“Staff was friendly, rooms were cleaned quick and efficient”

Upon my arrival shortly after 10 PM on the check-in date, I parked my motorcycle under the overhang. I inquired with the front desk attendant if this parking location was permissible, and I was assured that it was acceptable. Following this confirmation, I proceeded to my room to unpack and prepare for the evening. Approximately 30 minutes later, I received a call……

“Refrigerator was defective, did not keep things cold. TV remote missing. No hot water in bathroom. Only light in room was between beds and it did not work, it’s plug was bend and jammed against the mattress because the outlet was in a stupid place behind the mattress where it was inaccessible and a fire hazard. Room phone did not work, tried to call front desk a dozen times and never got a response, had to call Expedia to get a phone number to call and had to use my cell phone. Dirt on corners……

“Fabulous room for the price! It’s a studio apt., not a typical hotel room. We love the option to cook our own food, and a giant grocery store was right nextdoor. Everything was clean and comfy, including the fitness room, laundromat, even the stairwell!”
