This newly renovated (inside and out) Penthouse 2 bedroom 2 bath beachfront condominium in the Pelican building at the Indian River Plantation has all the amenities to make your weekly or monthly vacation dreams come true. Grills are located next to the heated swimming pool for your BBQ fun. Beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, coolers, toys, floaters, noodles, and boogie boards are in the unit for your use. A child pack-n-play is available in the room.
There is a 70 inch HD flat screen TV in the living room with two other large flat screen TV`s in the bedrooms. The Master bedroom has a King Size Mattress and the second bedroom has a two new Twin beds and Mattresses. There is also Two EZ single automatic inflatable bed as well as an ottoman that turns into a single bed.
The kitchen is fully equipped everything you will need to prepare all of your favorite meals.
The front door has a push button locking system (no key required) so you will not have to meet anyone in person for access to the unit.
Publix supermarket is 2 miles away. There are great Golf Courses, Tennis Courts, and Gyms located close by, wonderful Restaurants and Shops located in the Stuart and Jensen Beach area. Assigned under-building parking.
Come and enjoy a wonderful relaxing vacation in this beautiful newly renovated PENTHOUSE Oceanfront Condominium. This unit will sleep 6.

Beautiful condo with a stunning beach view! Well stocked with all the kitchen supplies and extra towels you could need. Just a few steps from the beach and a convenient grocery store just 1/2 mile from the condo. Some of the most comfortable bedding we ever experienced! We thoroughly enjoyed our breakfasts on the balcony while taking in the ocean view. The owners thought of everything to ensure the perfect couples, family or friend getaway! Added plus is that owners were easy to communicate with and always prompt with their replies. Highly recommend and we plan to return soon with our family!

Had an excellent visit! The room was clean and spacious with a full kitchen and a big balcony that provided a beautiful view of the beach. Some family came for a surprise visit, so we were even able to take advantage of the inflatable E-Z Beds (which were surprisingly easy to manage). I would gladly recommend staying here and hope to come back!

Welcoming experience

Lovely unit and welcoming permanent residents. I loved doing water aerobics every morning with the permanent residents and owners. Their some visitors by the pool however who would lay out there towels on the chairs and disappear, leaving others with a chair to sit on. One group hogged the chairs all day and played music disturbing others and disregarded rules. I was glad to see them leave and have a few days without them. Overall, I enjoyed the residents very much! Thank you for a lovely unit and water classes.

Comfortable, clean, quiet beach condo

Great condo with everything you need for a relaxing beach vacation! Beautifully decorated and comfortable. Very quiet being on the top floor. The complex and area around it were nice and quiet, definitely not a spring break party crowd area. Even during spring break we had plenty of room to ourselves on the beach.The main bedroom is comfortable with direct access to the balcony and an amazing oceanfront view. The second bedroom with twin beds is better suited for kids or small adults, and the only window in there is shuttered. Both bathroom are small but have everything you need, even shampoo, conditioner, and soap. The living room and balcony furniture were comfortable. The beach chairs and umbrellas were a little worn but very convenient to be able to use them on the beach. We really appreciated the several bath towels, many wash cloths, and beach towels that were provided. There is laundry down the hall but it requires 3 in quarters to wash and dry, so having plenty of towels available was really nice. The area nearby is nice with a couple restaurant within walking distance and several more a short drive away. And excellent shelling just south of the condo!Easy communication with host, easy check in and out.The one minor drawback was that it was a little tight for four adults. Especially the kitchen area where nobody else can get in/out if someone is at the refrigerator. But overall it was nice enough that our family of four would return again!

Sunrises were spectacular from the balcony! Wonderful view and easy access to the beach. Condo was very clean and perfect size for 4 people. The property was well kept and regularly cleaned including the pool, grills, elevator and all common areas. Highly recommend!! Will definitely book again.

The location was great, the views were amazing. The condo was beautiful, comfortable and everything you need. The only downside is the laundry is not in the unit itself but is on the same floor just down the hall. Overall, we would definitely stay here again!

Apartment is comfortable for 4 with very large balcony for wonderful views of sunrise. beautiful beach right outside is not crowded at all, and great for long walks. Publix and bars are within 10 min drive. We especially liked the Magic Oyster bar, had great food there.
