「NICE clean furnished apartment. Comfortable, spacious with settee and two club chairs, kitchen table for four, desk and chair. Full refrigerator, oven, cooktop, dishwasher, washer/dryer. Everything was newer. Staff were welcoming and helpful. I booked through Expedia. Great value for the price. Parap is a good safe location. Cafe's, chemist, shops within 2 blocks. Museums, botanical gardens, waterfront accessible by car. Darwin is not that big. If you stay in the CBD those tourist attractions...

「This is a beautiful facility with well cared gardening. I enjoyed the stay very much. Staff members are very friendly. Hot water comes quick. The site is in walking distance to downtown and water front. Very convenient. ANZAC Centenary Memorial Garden is close by. Sunset there is very beautiful. 15-20 minutes walk to the Convention Center, the venue of the conference I attended. My room is small and without kitchen. But, sufficient for my needs. 「Unfortunately, the soundproofing in the room was very poor. I could clearly hear people talking and doors slamming in the hallway around 2-3 a.m., which made it difficult to sleep. I could also hear footsteps and movement from the room above. If you're a light sleeper, this might be an issue. Everything else is fine.」

「The staff where absolutely amazing. The cabins are surprisingly quiet even being close to the airport. My only negative was that once the office closed at 4pm there was no way of booking a cabin for that night. I rang at 5.30pm and was told no one was available to supply me with a key. Over my stay I sighted other travelers turning around after 4pm, I have to assume it was because there was no one available to book them in.」

The facilities are a bit not modern, say limited electronic plugs, but still we were satisfied with it. Moreover, the wifi facility should be further improved as the hotel just allowed one person to access to wifi but not all.」
