“Dylan was great at communicating with me leading up to my stay. Cabin just down the road from Meadows of Dan . Have great coffee shop and places to eat. Just down the road from Mabry Mill . Close to the parkway. A definite place to put on a re-do next time in the area. Loved the ambiance . Cozy and loved the porch!.”

“Loved everything about it and more!”

“Beautiful cottage and property.”

“We really enjoyed our stay here. The property was ready on time, clean, and communication with the host was great. The cabin was private and had a back covered deck perfect for morning coffee or evening wine. The location was great with easy access to wineries and Floyd.”

“Very clean, up to date, fully furnished, very comfortable. Beautiful walking trails, very private location. Close to parks, other attractions. Lived the donkeys and the dogs were very friendly. Would stay here again!”

“The space was clean and tidy and the neighborhood was very quiet and safe. It made for a comfortable weekend stay as all of downtown was within walking distance. I had come for hiking so I was not around too much but the space had everything I needed, including parking in front of the home. If you are looking for something super high end this is not for you. It is comfortable, down-to-earth, and cute. You will have to climb a flight of stairs to get to the property and there is a large step……

“great location. a few blocks from main street where all the highlights of town are”

“The property was very clean and pet friendly! Great value for the money! ”

“Perfectly situated between the Blue Ridge Parkway and Floyd! The host is delightful and the property is a slice of heaven looking out over a quiet meadow! I had my coffee outside watching the barn swallows, biue jays, robins and cardinals mingle with the deer. It was serene! Then just a short drive into Floyd to take in the local flare. The Parkway is close and fun to take a relaxing drive doen yo Mabry mill. All in all a plus 5 on all accounts!”

“Always a wonderful time. Beautiful ”

“The cabin exceeded every expectation. I wished it was mine forever! Comfy beds, linens and towels.Great communication to answer any questions.Total relaxation achieved. Hope to do it again there soon!”

“I liked that the property was right in town. Walkable to all shops and restaurants. Was very clean and modern looking. I stayed in the downstairs unit because I had my dog with me and that was the only unit I could choose. I felt like I was in the basement. Was very dark and musty smelling. They had a dehumidifier going but was very noisy and some other machine going in the washer dryer closet. Also no TV in the bedroom. I went to make coffee and opened the lid and a spring and piece fell off so……

“This is a nice rustic cabin, we enjoyed sitting on the porch and walking the property, Pretty much everything we needed was provided at the cabin. Our stay was nice, a few things that would have put it over the top for us ……. New beds, sadly the beds were very uncomfortable and noisy, so sleeping well was an issue for us. It is a bit of a walk from where you park to the cabin, we agree with others a little wagon or cart would be nice to put your things in to go back and forth.”

“A few upgrades we shared w the host. Be much better once WiFi is avail Wish it was known no WiFi was available Nice basic accommodation The greenhouse and garden are great add ons Bed is super comfy GPS directions do not work well.”

“Very peaceful ,quiet property, we enjoyed our stay .”

“I loved this place. perfect for 1-2 people. it was quiet. A nice thunderstorm passed by for a couple nights, and when you sat on the porch, it had a tin roof in the sound was the most calming, relaxing sound. I can’t say enough about this place. It was clean. It was efficient and that bed is probably one of the best beds I’ve ever slept on in my life. I enthusiastically recommend this place to anyone who needs to simply recharge from life. This is the place to go.”
