「Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room, excellent breakfast and evening meal. Lovely garden which we sat out in to have drinks. Plenty of parking. In a beautiful village which was a perfect location for the area we wanted to explore. Would stay again and would recommend.」

「Great location for visiting Sandringham. Breakfast not included in room fee. My husband likes to read and write in morning. There was no desk in the room and no access to open areas in the facility. Being located “right next” to the road, with the bed on that wall, it was noisy. Double pained windows on that wall would help. 」

We only book properties with en-suite usually but as said it would only be shared with our party. Once booking came through I checked the postcode and found that the property was down a private road which you could not view on google maps.
