We had a wonderful 3-night stay. The bed was extremely comfortable and we even used the washing/drying machine in the room which worked great. We also had a lovely breakfast downstairs and the young man that waited on us was extremely nice.

Really nice

The room was very well cleaned and the pentry had everything you needed to make breakfast etc. The gym had several cardio machines, dumbbells and even wallballs. We did not use the pool but it looked nice, but a bit small. There was a shopping mall right next to the hotel. We really liked this hotel.

My choice for a hotel in Stuttgart

The Adina Apartment Hotel is smack dab in the middle of down town Stuttgart. The hotel is right next to the Milano Mall which has two grocery stores. Theres underground parking thats available, plenty of restaurants, and a nice park close by. They have a nice gym, pool and suana. The staff is super friendly and the roof top bar/restaruant is great.

Hotel is very clean and great amenities. A bit of a walk to get to some of the local sites, but not terrible. There is lots of construction going on around the hotel, so it was a bit tricky to navigate getting in and out at times.

We booked two connecting rooms at this hotel for five nights, and would definitely stay here again if we return. The rooms were spacious, the kitchens were small but nice for simple breakfasts or dinners, the washer/dryer was perfect for being able to pack lighter as this was part of an 18 day trip. There is shopping (to include two grocery stores) and dining within a five minute walk. The staff was also very friendly.

Very nice serviced apartment that is complete with a kitchen, washing machine, and basic gym facilities. It is quite close to the central train station and a shopping centre with an ALDI. Parking is a bit expensive however.

Excellent location in Stuttgart. Connected to a nice mall with several retail stores, 2 grocery stores, and a large food court with a variety of food choices. The hotel has a dedicated area in the Milaneo parking garage, too. The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious too.

It’s our second stay here. Super convenient location, right next to the Staatsbibliothek U-bahn station which has a direct line to the airport taking about 45 mins. It’s also right next to a large shopping mall. Walking distance to centre of Stuttgart also. Friendly, helpful staff. Rooms are really modern, clean and comfy, great to have a kitchenette and washer-dryer esp since we’re staying for a week.

Love the apartment. Spacious and clean. Comes with a little kitchen and washing machine. The only drawback is the day we went they were hosting a party on the 7th floor and we had to walk through all the crowd to get to the reception for check in. Other than that I recommend this place.

First of all, staff are really nice and helpful. They put a sincere smile and perfect attitude which makes my days. I was able to leave my luggages after I checked out and visit stuttgart a bit more. Secondly, the room are massive with washing machine. Window with great views and clean room with all stuffs provided. This is more than great value to me. Thank you.

Very modern room but very small. Much smaller than expected. Sauna and pool were very nice but one night they ran out of towels. Had to go back to my room and take one from there. The biggest disappointment: they never vacuumed under the bed :(((

From the moment we came to “Check In” a rude dark hair receptionist staff didn’t welcome me well. When asked for directions and where to go places never showed any interest of helping. Bad attitude. Even front of my child you spoke rudely never helped. The rest of staff and the cleaning ladies were amazing and brilliant. Communication with Reception can be difficult as they don’t understand English. Room was good. Good location. Good view and close to shops and stations. My room had No AC and Window Doors don’t shut I asked for help many times but nobody has helped me. Night the room was getting cold. At night with heavy winds the window door keeps banging loudly. Cleaning and over filled bins is not pleasant. But House cleaner is very nice and helpful. Sirens going on every day even middle of nights is awful and my poor child cannot sleep with this much noise. I never got breakfast. Made food from scratch. No microwave to warm food. Me and My daughter had insect bites because poor weather and doors been opened. Overall the Hotel apartment, room and location was amazing, but communication was poor.
