Perfect hotel for our weekend in Stuttgart. We parked right in front of the hotel. The staff was super nice and even let us check in early before going to the festivities! Will stay here again!

Average hotel for visiting Stuttgart. It doesn't have AC only a fan. In the summer it gets hot and uncomfortable. Walkable distance to the center. Close to parking garages.

I liked the property and staff. My only future consideration is the fact that whether it would be for sightseeing, dining or shopping it requires at least a 15 minute walk up or down hilly streets or stairs and probably through construction. If physically challenged this could be a problem. Accessibility should be noted in the hotel description.

The rooms were very small for two people. The rooms were very hot and there was no AC in the room and a small fan just did not work. The mattresses were crooked and the shower space was so small, that it was difficult to move around in the shower. I have no idea why such hotels exist. Worst is why EXPEDIA shows them on it's sites. EXPEDIA please do not show these hotels as an option.

Worst hotel ever

Bed was terrible, and was not suitable for two persons. The room was just when entering the hotel, so we could hear everyone come and go. The room was so hot and had no aircondition. Room had an Air fan, but was no help at all. Even the towels in the bathroom was so hot like they just came out of the tumble dryer! The bathroom was in bad condition. A Hole in the floor, and the faucet was disgusting. The breakfast area were also not clean. Dirt on the Walls, and dirty floor. We left one day earlier than planned as we couldnt stay in that hotel!

Réservation sur internet avec ma CB, arrivé a l’hôtel a 20 heures, porte fermé, aucune personne pour nous recevoir, aucun code de transmis pour ouvrir la porte et avoir le numéro de la chambre. Prélèvement du week-end complet sur mon comte personnel, sans avoir consommé quelque chose. Aucun coup de téléphone, aucun respect, Hôtel AUTRIA a Stuttgart est voleur, malhonnête, déconseillé. A éviter absolument si vous arrivez après 22h.

Je n'ai pas pu accéder à ma chambre. Il était indiqué de contacter l'hôtel en cas d'arrivée après 22h. Ce que j'ai fait la veille de mon arrivée mais sans réponse. Le jour de mon arrivée, j'ai renvoyé un message sans réponse. J'ai alors appelé mais un répondeur indique de rappeler plus tard. J'ai essayé 3 fois d'appeler sans réponse. J'ai contacté le support de HOTEL.COM qui après renseignement m'a indiqué qu'une machine permettait l'accès aux chambre après 22h. En fait l'accès se fait avec un QR code. En scannant sur QR code, une application s'ouvre et la première question est la date de départ. Etant arrivée après minuit, ma date de départ était la date du jour. Cela a bloqué le système et je suis resté dehors. J'ai dû chercher un hôtel à 00h30 et après 4 refus, j'ai trouvé une chambre à plus de 250 € la nuit !!!. De plus il est également affiché sur la porte d'entrée un QR code donnant accès à un numéro WhatsApp en cas d'urgence. J'ai laissé un message mais je n'ai jamais eu de réponse.

Als je genoeg bier op hebt valt het allemaal wel mee. Daarbij kost dit hotel bijna niks en daarvoor krijg je dan ook bijna niks. We hadden een aantal 3 persoons kamers maar de 3e persoon moest het met een doorgezakt bed doen.

Praktisch voor 1 nacht. Dit soort hotelletjes zijn er 13 in een dozijn waar ik altijd maar kort verblijf En dit soort hotelletjes zijn daar prima voor. Het is niet heel goed, het is ook nooit heel slecht. Ontbijtzaal vond ik leuk bij deze.
