「I made reservations for two "Standard Apartment (Smart Piscina)" rooms for my family (5 people). At check in they provided what it looked like regular documents with several parragraphs in three languages and they made me sign a couple of them in portuguese as check in staff didnt speak other language so I believed was not an issue having myself stayed in different countries and hotels where had faced the same situation (never had a problem). In the process it was never explained anything...

「Room Neglected, Very Dirty, Refrigerator was broken we ask to be Fixed but nothing, They did not care we asked for a bed sheet and we never received and Nobody showed up and we asked for Towels and Nothing as Nobody Cares and never showed up, The Restaurant by the Resort with Very Bad Food and Rude Servers by the Restaurant, that Resort its a Trap 」

「Do not book with this company. It’s a bait and switch scam. They wanted me to pay again when I arrived at the lobby’s reception even though I had already paid via expedia because they claimed that what I paid was a deposit. The listing made no mention of this nor any of the emails I received. I decided to cancel rather than pay anything else to these thieves, and was told I would be reimbursed the full amount of the reservation. It’s been over 24 hrs now and after contacting expedia, I received...
