「Cleaning of lift area and stairs, guest uses there hands to pick up the food instead of using a spoons or tongs, even after bringing to staff notice no one bothered about the same . Guest picked up the fruits from the bowl bare handed and were tasting . Toilet at reception is not clean .」

「The rooms were very dirty and the even the there was no hot water for the shower 」

「The location of the hotel is superb.. the staff is helpful.. the room was clean but general maintenance of the room was average.. 」

「Check in was length kept asking if I had prepaid which I had and shown reception numerous times booking receipt. Checkout time was too early for us disappointed the hotel were unable to accommodate our request made in advance 」

「Good」

「At the Aspire Hotel, the property was tired and in need of refurbishment. The bathroom was very dirty. The toilet seat was broken. The bed linen and pillows were dirty, stained and torn. We booked and paid for 8 nights when we checked-in. Big mistake!, we had to leave after 2 nights and move to a much better hotel. The Aspire would not refund us for the 6 nights we did not use. The only good thing about the hotel was the quality of the wi-fi. Its never a 3star hotel. Would not even get 1star in...

「Hotel is located in a great neighborhood however the amenities are a bit dated. I couldn’t charge my phone for this stay because all the outlets are still those 3-point ones. Additionally, they only accept Indian residents no international passport holder, which is not mentioned before hand」
