The staffs were very kind, courteous and helpful in assisting us! The place is calm and quiet. It has a huge swimming pool and regular size pools. The place was not overcrowded.

Staff in the restaurant provided a very good service with limited resources. Property could be fantastic but due to rooms not being cleaned and buildings fallen into disrepair the condition of the hotel is shabby. Facilities such as the pools could also be great but they need to be cleaned more frequently and debris not just scooped out. Sun loungers and chairs were broken and they hadn’t been cleaned. Bathroom towels were discoloured but the beach towels were clean and looked new. However we had to ask for these as they were not automatically provided. There was rubbish on the beach so we didn’t stay on the beach. On Saturday evening a live band entertained in the outdoor eating area. They were very good and this was an unexpected addition to the evening.

Great Getaway to Unwind

The place is a great getaway if one wants to relax and unwind. It's a bit old and it may need some renovations, but the rooms are clean and the service is good. There is no WiFi in the rooms, but it's not necessary if you have a mobile data plan.

立地さえ良ければ再訪しますが。

部屋は広く快適度も良いと思います。ただ、周りにはショッピングだけでなく食事場所もない為、全てホテル内で完結しないといけません。立地の問題は仕方ありませんが、食事のコストが掛かります。レストランはサービスされるまで相当待たされますので、殆どルームサービスにしました。スタッフはフレンドリーですが、これもフイリッピンタイムだから諦めています。

this hotel is very beautiful. sadly to see inside needs alot of TLC. Suppose to stay for three nights but left for only two nights. in bathtub is very dirty. mainteance fall aparts. in the bathroom kinda of mold and meldew of grout tiles. ceiling looks molds and unfinish repairing. I was alone in huge hotel and dont see anybody of tourists visited for two days rows kinda spooky to me.

You jave to pay extra for any annuities. The water park with slides were nice...but 1 slide not working the big pool was nice..staff was great. Food was tasty. Such a beaitiful piece of property just seemed to be rundown and mismanaged. It has potential to bw a 5 starr resort. But now i would give it 2 and a half stars

Overall its a nice place to stay,a little far away from anywhere but that makes it quiet. unfortunately the wave pool was out of order which was one of the draws for me but we managed without.Kids were upset. The rooms are large with quite comfortable beds and a great view of the ocean and pools. The bathrooms are a total disgrace, who wants to stand in a bath to have a shower ? maybe twenty years ago they were good but now they should be refreshed and upgraded. Most of the staff were helpful and friendly, one pool attendant not so much. The free breakfast was also good a little small, but as I say it was free. Thinking back now, because of the bathrooms and wave pool, I feel the room rates are a little high I will consider staying again but ask if repairs have taken place first.

Giant rats in the room that woke us up at night. The hot water did not work, water was off too at times, tv had only Tagalog channels, my daughter has about 10 bed bug bites food was ok if it wasn’t for the flies. So relieved to check out

Hotel outside Subic Freeport Zone

The hotel is in Subic town, nut about 15 mins drive from the Freeport Zone. It is tucked inside a subdivision with sparse houses built, thus lending the area a melancholy vibe. It has and is still being renovated. The room is big with a balcony. The restaurant offers several food choices and are tasty. Staff are courteous and helpful. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.

Good Service but bad Experience

We booked 3 nights and ended up staying none. The hotel itself was not as advertised. The hotel and rooms are in old condition. The amenities such as bowling were not available. The staff is friendly and helpful. However it appeared we were the only guests in the hotel and since it is very far away from all other hotels and restaurants it felt too quiet and removed.

the beach is dirty, muddy, cannot swim on it.

not a good time to go there now because of on going road construction, heavy traffic. your time will be wasted. the beach is not fit for swimming. its muddy and so many garbage floating.

Casual class

Imagine being the only guest in a nice hotel with excetional views from your room and on the grounds. That was our first day here. Arrived just in time to have our dinner prepared for us.. Our first morning featured coffee on the balcony and later breakfast , included, later in a slightly dated but very inviting dinning area. Plan on staying on the property because the ridei into the near by town is not worth it unless you want drinking company and gogo girls. We were slightly disappointed to discover that the in house bowling lanes were not functioning but really seemed unstaffed due to our off season stay. Overall a great time was had. Do not think that the scenic roadsides are good for walking or jogging because there are "MANY" loose dogs and irresponsible pet owners, no leases and no control by command. Overall just stay in the confines of the main grounds and enjoy the good responsive service of the staff, good dining, and relaxing at the pool or walking along the beach front. Lots of great photo ops but a little short on entertainment. If you have a passion for television you will be frustrated by the slow response time and idiosyncracies of the sattelite tv. Overall a great place for a long weekend but not enough entertainment to last a week.

Location and hotel condition is a BIG disappoontme

I was the only overnight customer during my week long stay. The hotel is FAR from everything which translates into additional expenses and wasted travel time. The hotel is in dire need of repairs and renovation. The bowling alley does not work and the staff intentionally has not updated its property discriprion to accurately reflect is over priced offering. The hotel does not merit the value of its room rates. Find an alternative location.

This was by far the worst experiace I have ever had , stuck in the middle of nowhere , no wifi although there website said they did Rooms were dirty and like a broom Cubard , not even one star , I have great service from Expedia in the past but you really need to do more checking into your recommended hotels

The place is so peaceful and quiet. Ideal for people who want some time away from the real world. The room we stayed is bigger than I expected. It is nice though fixtures are quite old. The pool is kid-friendly because of the non-chlorine water. The location approximately 30 to 40 minutes from Subic Town. Nevertheless, my kids still enjoyed our stay.
