Great value for the money. Front desk staff was polite and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Ate at the restaurant, food was good a reasonably priced. Short walk to a night on the town for my husband and I. We had a great time and would absolutely return.

Arrived in the evening and left before light the next morning so hard to get a good picture of the neighbourhood but seemed sketchy. Was immediately approached by a panhandler in the parking lot as I arrived. Security was present and parking lot was well lit but did not build confidence that the car would be safe. Room was minimal, not quiet due to railcar and street noise. Was good to have an open restaurant and the restaurant staff were pleasant and efficient.

We found out the key card machine was broken (and had been for a week) so we didn't have keys to our room and had to ask at the front desk to have someone let us in every time we needed access. Hallway carpets were very dirty everywhere. Room was clean enough. Pool area was decent, but grimy along inside wall and could really use some attention. Restaurant in atrium was really good. Overall the room was OK but rest of property needs some attention.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was beautiful with comfortable beds. Pool was great, sauna on the cold side. Wish the parking had better lighting. Would stay again, especially for the reasonable price.

The homeless people outside didn’t impress me much, made me worry all night long. They did have security cameras and guard. But was apprehensive, left early am. The other issue was the keys didn’t work for the room, so every time you needed them to come unlock the door with the master key. They had to do it for everyone staying there. The restaurant that was attached was good, no complaints. Would I stay there again, probably not.

Entrance was in an odd place in the back parking lot, easily missed at night. Fairly clean room and comfortable bed, reasonably priced in a downtown location. We didn't take advantage of the pool and spa, so we cannot comment there. No breakfast was available.

The staff were informative and friendly. The room was clean, smelled freshly disinfected which I found comforting, and had a working air conditioner. The bathroom was very clean and the water pressure in the shower was awesome. There is a restaurant, a pool, a sauna, and a hair salon on site. The location was right downtown, which was convenient for me. Unfortunately there are a lot of drug users hanging out in the neighbourhood, but the hotel has no control over that and I felt safe inside the hotel. The parking lot entrance could use some repaving. Overall, quite nice.

Hotel was clean, welcoming and the attached restaurant was a huge bonus. The receptionist was polite and very welcoming. However there was only one person working. We arrived at around 7pm and the line up was extremely long. We decided to go eat. We then tried again at 9:30lm and the line was just as long. We were 4th in line and had to wait approximately 20 minutes. This was frustrating after having booked online and after a long day.

No key cards so had to get staff to let us in our room everytime , first room we were given was not cleaned and still had garbage unmade bed so we were switched to top floor where there were no dogs allowed but they made an exception and charged us an additional 60$ to have our dog there even tho our original room wasn’t ready so they switched us there , lots of homeless people with a tent city basically in the parking lot , the room was clean and nice once we got another one but was just pain with no key card available and a VERY rude receptionist at night that was not nice whatsoever , he was the only staff member having to take check ins as well as let everyone into there rooms but no manners whatsoever

All of the staff, especially the front desk agent Pranti who was very kind in assisting with check-in and the staff responsible for getting the room ready early for us. Everyone was very friendly and would always greet us kindly at any and every interaction. The room had plenty of amenities for us including a coffee station and ice machine in the hall. My partner and I enjoyed the pool, gym, and the sauna! There were theatres, shops, restaurants, a mall, beautiful art, and murals all within walking distance making for an awesome first vacation. We had a lovely stay and enjoyed a delicous lunch at the downstairs restauraunt at check out. Thank you kindly!

Did not like this hotel. Booked it because I thought it would be the best option of the limited inventory. Was supposed to stay two nights. Left after the first night, as a better property became available. Paint and ceiling is peeling. Small rooms. Small bathroom. View of tent city. Housekeeping was vacuuming the halls at 1030pm. When trying to confirm I would be able to check out after one night, the front desk told me they had to wait for their manager to return from dinner, but had no clue when that would be, and they would call me. The kept confirming my cell number, which I found confusing, but then when I went back to the room to wait, realized they do not have phones in the rooms. Weird. I would not recommend this property if you are not comfortable with 2 star properties. It was just not up to my standard.

So we’ve stayed here many times , like dozens. Always different rooms. This time we were in room 219.king bed. The room was average, it was clean, I even examined under black light. Bedding was clean. No bed bugs, The bathroom was very small, that’s my biggest complaint but it felt clean but cramped Like it felt like a toilet stall lol . The staff were absolutely wonderful. I ended up talking to the front desk staff a lot because they were just so nice. We didn’t get to use the pool this time but it’s usually fun and clean . No major complaints. Worth the price. I didnt take any photos this time.
