I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. During my visit, we experience a very serious snowstorm, and I was surely impressed by how the staff and management handled everything. Everyone was incredibly professional, caring and attentive. They went out of their way to make sure guests felt comfortable and supported despite the difficult weather conditions. Their kindness and willingness to help did not go unnoticed. It is rare to see such genuine hospitality, especially during a stressful situation. I highly recommend this hotel and would absolutely stay here again. Thank you to the entire team for making a challenging situation so much easier!!!

Not the best looking hotel from the outside in my opinion but the room was great! Big bedroom and bathroom, clean and beautiful. 2 queen-sized bed that were very comfortable. I slept very well. Also, finally a place with some sport channels! I could watch my team, the Montreal Canadiens play. For the bath, they give more than just soap/shampoo. They also give facial soap, revitalisant and make-up remover. You have free breakfast in the morning in the refreshment area which is fun to have. The one small problem I encountered was the coffee machine in my room lacked the plastic pod holder. I could however get coffee in the refreshment area in the morning. I got the room on sale, very cheap, and for the price it was totally worth it. Great stay and I'll consider stopping there if I'm in Sudbury again. Thank you!

Staff members are courteous, empathic and helpful. Rooms are clean. ** Very nice foyer with open ceiling on 2 level, a private lounging area with comfortable sofas and dining table open to all guests, adjoining is a large office station. On the other side of the middle staircase is the breakfast area, again high ceiling open on 2 floor, beautiful high window with a view on Science North center. The only downfall there are no elevators, the rooms are clean however in need of full makeover. After visiting a sick relative in the neighboring hospital, there was Chili or chicken noodle soup in the canteen area, what a thoughtful idea to add that to already a great selection of sandwich and meal. It was comfort for the soul.
