Ferienwohnung Südmüritz

A holiday complex with a total of 8 holiday apartments in a very beautiful location on a 15,000 square metre, very well-kept and completely fenced lakeside property directly on the south bank of the Müritz. On the property there are several furnished seating areas (partly covered), a playground, a boat, fishing and bathing jetty, barbecue area, campfire site, a lakeside terrace directly on the Müritz and plenty of space for sports and games. The property offers the best conditions for an active nature holiday. The owner rents out several different boats, such as licence-free motorboats, pedal boats, kayaks/canoes and stand-up paddleboards (for a fee on site). Thanks to the recommended Müritz cycle path, which runs directly through the village, the area can also be easily explored by bike. If you bring your own bikes, you can of course store them safely.



The host rents out a total of four bicycles (for a fee). The holiday apartments, which vary in size, were modernised in 2017. Two apartments are located separately in the host's house, the other apartments are located in a guest house. All accommodation has a WLAN connection. A cot and high chair can be provided for small children. Final cleaning, water and energy consumption are included in the total price. You can bring your own bed linen and towels or hire them on site.



The 110 m² holiday apartment for max. 5 people is located separately on the upper floor of the house. It extends over 2 living levels. On the first floor there is the living room (upholstered furniture, flat-screen TV, radio), an open-plan kitchen (dining area, electric cooker with oven, fridge with freezer compartment, various kitchen appliances), 2 bedrooms (2 x single bed) and a large bathroom with shower/WC. On the top floor there is an open-plan sleeping area with a double bed, a bedroom with a single bed and a small guest WC. There is also a lovely balcony with seating and a view of the Müritz.



Vipperow is a small village on the south bank of the Müritz between the small towns of Röbel/Müritz and Mirow (approx. 11 km each). Since the Müritz-Havel Canal, which connects the largest inner-German lake with the waters of the southern Mecklenburg Lake District and northern Brandenburg, is not far away, numerous leisure captains with their sailing boats or houseboats can be observed here, especially in summer, and the popular Müritz cycle path leads through the village, making it very easy to explore the region by bike.
