「A lovely place - the sort of house and garden you might see on Springwatch. Rubblestone Cottage adjoins the main farmhouse, and is a completely self-contained place with 2 bedrooms, bathroom, lounge and kitchen. Spotlessly clean, well appointed kitchen with everything you need for a stay - and a really nice welcome from Caroline, with fresh milk in fridge and biscuits on the table when we arrived.The house is only 10 minutes drive from Saxmundham, but feels like a world away - all you can hear...

「Two adults stayed. Used both bedrooms. Very hot but able to open windows. Enjoyed the upstairs outside deck when we were there. Useful having washing machine. Plenty of street parking, but tight spaces & don’t rely on parking directly outside. Bathroom tiny but fit for purpose. Easy walk to beach front. Thank you 」

「It is a charming Georgian cottage. Very clean. Great location, able to easily walk to Angel Hill, Cathedral and many restaurants - and close to getting onto major roadways. The interior stairs are steep, unable to get our suitcases upstairs. Bathroom is lovely, modern and clean, but could use a floor mat as floor is slippery getting in/out of shower. But overall a lovely property. Thank you!」
