“They were in the middle of renovating which I was unaware of when booking. Had to maneuver around construction crews to get to the room. The a/c in the room didn’t work which led to an uncomfortable stay considering it was the end of June. Thankfully we only stayed for 1 night.”

“I reserved two rooms. 1 king Efficiency and double queen room. The double queen room had visibly dirty bed spreads and a microwave that locked on us after heating up our food. The hotel staff came and took off the spreads, said they would send someone to make the beds and they never came back. The hotel clerk came to check the microwave and said they would bring a replacement and never came back. I went down the next morning to request a replacement and one was brought up to the room.
