「Everything was seamless from check in to check out. The owners are wonderful, even calling me a couple days before to let me know about an HVAC issue and our options surrounding that. The cabin was very clean and updated and had everything we needed and more. All of the furniture was comfortable and well maintained. Our favorite thing to do during our stay was sit on the deck to enjoy the beautiful view and watch the thunderstorms. We will definitely be returning 」

「 The location on top of the mountain provided spectacular views and cool mornings even in July. I would suggest putting a medium sized skillet in the house to use with the convection hot plate. The fridge may need checking also. It took most of three days to cool down. Overall this is a great rental which I think was an outstanding value. I would definately stay here again.」

「This is our 4th time booking with Melissa - our first here at Linville. This cabin is cozy and beautifully decorated and maintained. Several things to do in the area. Pet friendly but very clean home. The area seems very pet friendly too. Melissa was very responsive and helpful from checking to check out. Highly recommend! 」

「Such an amazing place. Ideal getaway into the mountains while also being within 30 mins of food/entertainment. Glad these places are still intact after the hurricane. It’s on a one room cabin, but has everything you need. Fire pit along the quiet rolling river couldn’t of been better!」

「My family of 4 had a great stay! The house was clean and comfortable. Great WiFi and TV. Beautiful kitchen stocked. Bedroom ACs were plenty to keep cool in July heat. Great proximity to Boone. Beautiful view of the river. Amazing large deck with comfy seating. Kids floated a few times in tubes on river. Went caving, rafting, and hiking at grandfather mountain. Wonderful family time before we dropped our twins off at Camp Cheerio New River!」

The personal touches and amenities offered by Diana and Mark made us feel at home and afforded us the rest and relaxation we desired.
