「This rental was the perfect location for our wedding guest weekend. 10 min to the Rocks Estate venue. 15 into Bethlehem and Littleton. We LOVED Bethlehem really cute and friendly. Also love the Iron Furnance Brewery in Franconia, which is just down the road. The house itself is lovely and feels new, except for furnature is DEFINATLEY "lived in", soft surfaces are heavily stained. Located off a dirt road on a dirt driveway. Jeeps are great! if you have a low riding car, watch out.

「Fantastic little cottage; it looked even better than the pictures. We loved the porch and rocking chairs and spent a fair amount of time just enjoying the view when we weren’t out and about. It was clean and didn’t lack anything. The couch isn’t the most comfortable, but we didn’t do much sitting around inside so it wasn’t an issue. The beds could definitely use more pillows, but otherwise it was very comfy. There were only two of us so the cottage felt plenty spacious. This was the perfect spot...
