"Great location & A great host Unfortunately there is no air con and the heat at night made it very difficult to sleep at night. The bedroom we had was small. The other 2 larger bedrooms had sliding doors on to a balcony,which you could leave open at night for some air flow. There are 4 bedrooms upstairs in total 1x double-1 x twin smaller rooms with little air flow. 2x larger rooms with sliding doors to balconies Great breakfast too. "

"I must say that for a 3 star hotel I received 5 star service! The reception staff remembered me from my visit some 2 months ago and immediately made me feel welcome. My room was well maintained and very clean. I can highly recommend that should you use the restaurant or bar that you look out for Dylan! He will be attentive to your every need and is polite, efficient and high knowledgeable and a credit to the Hotel. I had a sirloin steak, it was cooked to perfection and was delivered to my room, it arrived hot just as if I was sitting in the restaurant. Breakfast was excellent with eggs cooked to order. The Hotel is ln a location (beware that the Google maps car park location is totally inaccurate simply aim for York street) it is just up the road from the Mediclinic (10 mins in heavytraffic) I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this little gem!"

"The best holiday we have ever had. The safari ranger/guide (called Abiri) was perfect and made the whole experience magical for the whole family. Highly recommend."

"This is a hidden gem for sure. The view from our room of the ocean was amazing to see in the mornings and then at sunset. We love the communication using WhatsApp. Nice to communicate when we wanted breakfast delivered and to make dinner reservations. We left a coat in the closet and the manager held it for our return through the area 2 days later. I honestly wouldn't have remembered leaving it at all. So thankful. Breakfast was a big yogurt and ham/egg sandwich that was perfect to start the day. The restaurant on-site is perfect for dinner without traveling at night. Plenty of parking on-site. We will definitely stay here on our next trip along the Garden Route."
