"The hotel is amazing! The staff even better, we did the tour Dewus and he was fantastic the stayed in a big suite and then switch to the regular room because we decided to extend our stay! We love Udaya!"

"Excellent service except for the one night they came beating on my door. Breakfast was wonderful and the room was very clean. Moldy loungers so you didn’t want to lay on them. Gym was not available and my friend needed to work out; one of the main reasons we booked this hotel was it had a gym. No massages available. A lot of confusion surrounding the floating pool breakfast I ordered. I wouldn’t recommend doing that again. Staff at breakfast every morning were excellent and the food was delicious. "
