“We stayed for 7 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cabin was clean and had everything we needed. Our two dogs loved the property - plenty of room for nice games of chase. The weather was a rollercoaster - beautiful and fairly warm the first two days, then it snowed and got quite cold. We stayed warm and cozy thanks to the gas log fireplace - added great ambiance. The cabin is convenient to grocery stores, restaurants, the Tri-Cities area and North Carolina. We'll definitely stay……

“I was a little confused when I got to the cabin(s), I was expecting one and there were four so I had to locate the cabin I was to stay in. I was not able to turn on the heating/air conditioning and there were no instructions for the unit. I didn't realize the coffee maker was a keurig so was unprepared too make coffee, it would have been helpful if it was described in the description. “Well what to say! As a Naturalist and Zoologist I was excited from the booking and the VRBO was everything and more! Between an incredible host to a cabin that was spotless and comfortable, I never wanted to leave! We saw Otters every morning come down the rapids and then the highpoint was a Beaver and juvenile right off the cabin! I work with one and it was just perfect. I could go on and on but I know we will back! The area, the beauty and none for miles! It was priceless!”
