「Room was decently clean - building was very poorly built. Every step on the floor was super creaky. Felt like the floor was going to break underneath me, and every step taken by anyone was loudly heard by anyone close. You should request the top floor if possible, as I was woken up at all hours and early every day by the person in the room above me. Many defects in the building, also the building was not cleaned as a whole. Dirty stairs, hallways, and elevators. Location was pretty good...

「In for race week. Quiet facility so could sleep. Great fitness center with dumbbells up to 75 lbs so a good workout possible. I would return to this location.」

「We were very unhappy with the room we had. Upon entering, we noticed ants in the sink but didn’t think anything of it. However in the morning there was a handful of them crawling everywhere, especially in our belongings in the bathroom. While staff was kind, nothing was done about it. It wasn’t cleaned and we were given points for the inconvenience.」

「Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Not as new as surrounding hotels, but everything was very clean. Breakfast had good amount of options. Only stayed one night but the full kitchen would have been very useful for a longer stay with kids. Would stay again when coming through Indy. 」

「We had multiple issues with our keys. One day they worked the next they didn't. The AC never worked. We asked a few times to have it looked at and nothing The bar and kitchen were closed for 4 days which did not make very good business sense as it was probably the busiest week of the year. The first night I asked how noisy the highway right outside our window was and the person at the front desk did not know Overall it was a disappointment」
