Seven Hills Hotel - Special Class

"The best part of our stay was the top notch staff. They were with us every step of the way from when the taxi dropped us off until the taxi picked us up for the airport. Before our stay I communicated via email and they were extremely responsive and helpful. When our flight got delayed they were empathetic and made sure we were as comfortable as could be. Their recommendations for tours through the hotel, restaurants and everything else was excellent. Special shout out to Fatma - the lady who welcomed us to begin with and was with us the entire time making sure everything was perfect. The hotel is also in a great location in Old Town walking distance to tourist sites, restaurants and shops. I cannot speak higher for this hotel and their staff."

"Beautiful room at the top floor with an incredible view of the bosphorus. Desk staff were uniformly wonderful and helpful. My wife complained that the air-conditioning was blowing on her and they came and changed the orientation of the ceiling. Grid to make it blow in different direction. Also, the breakfast was varied and delicious. Only two downsides: don’t use their service to do laundry, it’s expensive and badly done. Also our toilet seat broke, and the manager was obnoxious and wanted us to pay for it. The lovely woman at the front desk, however, said that that’s ridiculous and didn’t charge us.."

"I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. Everything was of a high standard. Beautiful clean room loads of amenities and comfortable beds. Great breakfast, dinner in the roof top restaurant was lovely with beautiful views over the Bosphorus. The staff were very helpful, The manager Orhan before our stay and throughout. Booking rides from the airport and to the cruise terminal. Location was excellent for the Hagia Sophia, the Palace and other Blue Mosque. All just a short walk from the hotel. We would stay there if we are ever back in Istanbul."

"I frequently stay at this hotel because it's in a great location. 5 minute walk to the Blue Mosque and the bazaar is another 20 minutes by foot. There's so much to see that the walk goes by fast. The street is lined with good restaurants and inviting staff."
