“The condo was exactly as depicted on the site and decorated super cute. Check in was super easy and completely done by the VRBO app. Instructions on rules, parking and check out were clear, concise and easy to follow. We would definitely stay here again. The beach, the Hangout and souvenir shopping was all with in walking distance as well as several other eating establishments. ”

“Checking in was easy. Parking is $35 upon arrival. Apartment was cute and clean. Construction is next door. There are slight views of the ocean ...the high rise next door has construction from 8 am to 5 pm daily. Didn't bug us since we werent in the room during the day. Great little place for a weekend escape!”

“The property was a bit dated but they were working on upgrades during my visit in certain areas. Otherwise the unit was fresh and clean. View was nice partial view of gulf. Short walk to beach from unit. No issues with parking. Enjoyed the security person nice fellow and helpful. The people l met during my stay were friendly. Not too far from any attractions, food, and shopping.”

“The property itself was great, but the room that we got was sadly not so great. Although it was clean, there were some issues. The AC was not great we had all 3 fans and the window unit on and still was very warm, our bed felt like we were just sleeping on a pallet made on the floor, the water pressure in the shower was mid and our door code never worked, we had to call the company and ask for a new code to the door and it took 3 different codes before they found one that could get us into the……

“We had a few hiccups with cleanliness when we got there but Carrie made sure to send someone to clean while we were there. This place looks daunting bc of the stairs but they do have an elevator! The community was very quiet and steps away from the beach. Very affordable as well!”

“The property is just as described. The pier was great to relax on and do a little fishing. I only caught small bait fish, but I didn't put too much effort into it. The drive to the beach is short, and if you ride your bicycle it's less than a mile. It was clean, quiet and relaxing overall. I would stay again.”

“This property has everything you need in a vacation rental. Location, supplies inside of cottage, quiet neighborhood, safe for pedestrians. Nothing has been overlooked All the sights you might want to see or restaurants are easily walkable. I would highly recommend and visit again when in the area. Awesome comfy cottage with tiny house vibes but huge appeal.”
