「Great location and amenities, just had a lot of elevator issues while we were there. They’re in the process of repairing but it made it difficult to lug gear, otherwise can’t beat being steps from the lift and anything else you need!」

「Room was great our fireplace wasn't working and unfortunately the only reason we went to keystone this weekend was to sit in front of the fireplace while a giant snow storm happened lol they tried their best to fix it multiple times but it just wouldn't work. They did offer to move us but at that point we were leaving on 12 hours so we just dealt. Appreciate them trying to do whatever to make us happy! 」

「Everything went well and easy to check in. We got there after hours and staff helped us accordingly. Satisfied with our stay and the view is amazing. Jacuzzi is perfect as well. We forgot to book an extra night and we were helped in a timely manner. Thank you! 」

「Couches we not comfortable. Patio needs sprayed off. Smoke detector cover needs to be fixed. It is hanging off the ceiling. Other than that it was a good experience. 」

「Wonderful stay and location. Literally a 3 minute walk to the gondola! Ski locker, hot tub and sauna were great to have right on site.」
