「The house is a great value for a large group. The refrigerator / freezer was full and very little room for our food. The freezer did not make enough ice to keep up with a large group and had no room in the freezer for ice bags. If this house had a new refrigerator it would be 5 stars . Owners were great communicators. If others would clean out their food it would help.」

「We had a wonderful time during our two weeks day. So much so that we’re looking at purchasing in the community. Unit is extremely clean when we arrived, plenty of beds, soap and paper products. Very convenient from the clubhouse. My husband and I use the fitness center many times. You can’t beat the Location close to many ski resorts Lake Dillon, restaurants and grocery stores. Look forward to coming back.」

「Long overdue for a thorough deep clean. Hot tub was well maintained. Outdoor furniture in poor condition, too dirty to use. Bedroom near storage shed very hot due to furnace in shed, unable to cool even with windows open. Terrible cookware. Mold and mildew in primary shower. Primary bed hard as a rock with pillows that appeared to be several years old. If you just need a place to touch down and don't plan to cook this would be reasonable. For the condition I would expect to pay half of the rate.」
