「Great location, cosy room, the included spa is just a great addition to the stay. Close to lots of places to visit and eat. Friendly staff, great service. Has everything you need for winter stay, humidifier and extra heater are in the room, mini fridge, microwave. The beautiful view from the balcony, the lake right next to the hotel, breakfast cafe, overall we were very happy to stay here!」

「It has nice view to the forest and you would be able to see the sunrise in the morning which is beautiful. The outdoor hot tub is supposed to be closed at 10pm, but people are still using it and making noises at night. We told the front desk about it, but they said the whole deck area is a common area, they couldn't do anything about it. This's weird that they have a rule to close the pool at 10pm but no one is forcing it.」

「All of the above! The staff is exceptional. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I am so glad that we didn’t stay at one of the bigger named hotels. I am handicapped and was very concerned about not having an elevator. The staff helped with our belongings. I am looking forward to going back in warmer weather. Fairplay is such a nice town. 」

「We enjoyed an overnight stay here during two ski days at Loveland. The property was well managed and maintained. The condo had a washer/dryer, fireplace, dining table, fully stocked kitchen, two baths, pull out couch and one bedroom. We enjoyed swimming in the pool and lounging in the hot tub after skiing. The kids enjoyed the rec room and made friends with other vacationers. Carry out options nearby for food were excellent. We enjoyed playing games in the living room and dining in for meals....
