I would've loved to talk to him more. I only stayed one night since I was just passing through Akron. I have added The Berrodin Bed & Breakfast to my list of good stops!!”

“When I checked in, the front desk gave me a room on the first floor. I told her, can I stay higher floor? And I want a relatively quiet room because I need to stay in this hotel for a week. As a result, the expression on the front desk was very unhappy. At the beginning, it said that our rooms were full. After thinking about it, She still changed the room, but I changed to a room with a poor environment and close to the ice machine. So I want to give this hotel a bad review”

“Aaron at the front desk was the only redeeming quality at the hotel. Every other aspect of my 7 day stay was poor. The hotel itself , inside and out is filthy. Garbage on floor at entrance of hotel. Garbage and leftover food on elevator floor for days. A few random day's when they had no cook or bartender, breakfast and evening cocktails were not available. The room itself is surface cleaned but furniture and rug is stained with who knows what !! It was a terrible experience. I have stayed……

“The Staff were kind and clearly take pride in offering wonderful hospitality services. The first night, I called to say we were delayed for check-in and Nick was so so gracious in the phone - he has both a wonderful tone for customer service and a genuine care for helping guests. I'd gladly stay there again! I misunderstood something about the pool, and I'm embarrassed that I missed the sign - I always try to follow rules/requests (unless absolutely absurd, of course) and I didn't realize it……

“I've been staying at this hotel for 20 years. I don't think we will be staying there any longer. The price was higher than other hotels in the area with more services. The microwaves are gone. When it rained, the entire front of the breakfast room flooded. The staff didnt even notice. We pointed it out to them. Breakfast was the same overcooked folded eggs with peppers every day. Oatmeal was watery.”
