"Better than average experience for a hotel that is mainly associated with an airport. High traffic in and out. You do receive a breakfast voucher but it does not cover the entire price of the breakfast. Fair price. Comfortable bed. Bathroom door is a slide door which gives no privacy to those utilizing it while others are in the room."

Holiday Inn & Suites Nashville Downtown - Broadway by IHG

"This was the third Holiday Inn I've stayed at in Nashville and it was the best one! It was a very nice hotel with very friendly staff. The beds were very comfortable and the room was very clean. It was in a good location to walk to Broadway with Martin's BBQ right across the street. A very nice surprise was the complimentary happy hour drink between 4 and 5 PM every day. The hotel had VIP access so we were able to get 20% off one meal at the restaurant. I just had to show him on my phone. My only complaint is that the staff didn't seem to know about early check-in or late checkout with the VIP access. I'm not sure if that's an issue with Hotels.com or the hotel itself. Luckily, we were able to check in early because I am IHG member and we were able to check out an hour later. The breakfast was delicious and you were able to choose what you wanted to eat rather than a typical buffet. I would definitely recommend this hotel and use it again if I'm in the area."

Virgin Hotels Nashville

"The hotel itself was great, the rooms were spacious enough, the employees were kind and helpful. The food at the pool bar and café were good. The biggest problem is that this hotel should not advertise as being a hotel with a pool for their guest. They prioritize selling pool passes and daybeds to outside people that aren’t staying at the hotel. This leads to the pool being completely overcrowded and almost no where for hotel guests to enjoy the pool. There were only about 10 loungers available for hotel guests and none of the couches or other seating areas were available for hotel guests. On Sunday they took away the few loungers that were available to guests completely so that even in the morning before the pool party that made my room shake from the base, we couldn’t enjoy the pool. I like house music, but maybe not base so loud the room shakes for 8 hours. We were out for most of that time, but still it was a bit excessive. Other than the pool being essentially unavailable, the hotel was nice. But when you are on vacation in 90 degree weather and the hotel has a pool, I expect to be able to use it."
