「The house was located close to the College Hill area and had easy access to grocers, shops and restaurants.The neighborhood was older but charming. The neighbors are friendly and quiet.The home could use a bit of sprucing (especially the exterior areas). It was reasonably well appointed with no frills.There seems to be an issue with some unwelcome residents in the roof area that created some noise and undesired scents.All in all, we would give the property a 3/5 rating.」

「The B&B was not good. The host did not provide basic supplies such as dishwasher detergent, a pot scrubber for the dishes, laundry detergent and 1 garbage bag for the entire house. 「The house was charming and met our needs, but I wouldn't stay here again unless updates were made. The house was clean and in a lovely neighborhood, but it is in need of some maintenance TLC. The wallpaper above the fireplace was falling off the wall. The kitchen sink was so chipped and peeling that I didn't want to use it. The bathroom shower tiles need to be touched up or replaced, as they are cracked and chipped. I thought there were bugs at first in the shower, but it turned out to be broken...
