Hotel staff are nice and hospitable. Room is large compared to most Japan hotel rooms. And there is seaview where you can watch beautiful sunrise on the balcony. There is 24-hour free shuttle bus where you can take to other 3 hotels (of the same hotel group) to enjoy their onsens. Onsens are amazing. Would definitely visit again sometime this year.
Hot Spring! Not only in the hotel itself but residents could enjoy hot springs in the nearby hotels which is under the same group.
Remember to reserve dinner cause there not a lot to eat around the hotel.
The overall experience was actually pretty good. The hotel staff were helpful and enthusiastic, however their English was pretty bad and we had a hard time trying to communication. We wanted the shuttle car service to drive us to the hot spring in its affiliated hotels (pretty actractivr depleting point since its own hot spring was tiny), but then all three staffs could not understand what we are looking for, and we decided to give up this plan afterward. Very good service during our stay however.
On the other hand, the room was spacious but very dark and has quite a lot of obvious marks on the carpet.
This is not a hotel that I will want to make a second visit. I believe you can look for better ones in Sumoto area.
