「A beautiful cosy piece of heaven. Fantastic accommodation with stunning views. Time has totally stood still (you forget about time or what time it is) 100% relaxed as soon as walk through the door. Would highly recommend staying at this location and property.」

「The lords seat was a lovely place to stay, very comfortable and clean. Great location with amazing views. Nice to have the extras like the dvds and games. 「The Cottage was ideally located for lots of adventures and had a very homely feel. The Cottage has the benefit of off road parking and because there are really good amenities in Braithwaite together with the fabulous walks from the door ranging from a Wainwright to a gentle stroll around the village we didn't use the car. We particularly enjoyed the walk up Barrow and Outerside with our dog Toby. I'm sure we will be staying again.」

「Lovely cottage and location . We ended up staying an extra night as no one was booked in . Only minor fault was stuff in the welcome pack and cupboards was out well of date so we never got to use the coffee machine .
Certainly didn’t spoil our holiday .」
