"Beautiful location on the Ohio River "

"Nice place to stop if you need a nights stay. Right beside Kroger so perfect to walk over and get snacks for the room. Heater was broken for the pool, which we were told of at check in. Still stinks because we were looking forward to that. Room didn’t have a remote for the tv but the front desk was happy to get me a new one"

"Pillows were as hard as rocks, causing major neck pain. The people upstairs were loud and jumping up and down. Calls to complain did help some, but the last night, the call seemed to make it worse. The hotel needs better sound proof rooms. I could hear the man in the room next to us talking. "

"We just did a 1 night stay celebrating our anniversary. Hotel staff went beyond routine. They helped me with flower delivey to our room before we arrived! Room was clean and comfortable. "

"Short stay. Everything was great. Clean hotel, clean bed and good breakfast. They did have a pool and a small exercise room but did not have a chance to use either one. Would definitely stay at again."

"Was a good quiet place to stay and received wonderful and kind service. One detail I noticed - I didn't find soap in the hallway bathroom."

"The only problem we had is there were no elevators and we had to walk up stairs carrying our bags. The girl checking us in was very nice. The rooms were clean. "
