“It was a very amazing experiance for the price. It was great for being located on the beach. They have pretty much all you need on the premises and gift store. Elevator lines at check in was long but it moved quickly met alot of people on the elevator we were on the 24th floor. Phones didnt work, had to get maintenance for the microwaves, weight scale in the bathroom had no batteries. “The extra fees for parking and resort fee for a pool and gym were excessive and not mentioned in the reservation. The room was nice, view was great, but the TV's were not completely functional. The roku in the living room did not work. The one in the bedroom, only had live tv. The staff was excellent and the shuttle was very convenient. ”

“My recent 2-night stay was disappointing. The room had two beds with extremely soft mattresses that were sinking badly on the sides, making them very uncomfortable. Bedding was clean but very basic, and the duvet was wrapped between two flat sheets instead of a proper cover. The positives: the AC was cold and quiet, toiletries were good, the TV was large, and the southern Intracoastal view was beautiful. Everything else fell short.
